President BIPSS, Major General ANM Muniruzzaman (Retd.) attended The 1st Singapore Global Dialogue from 23-24 September ’10 in Singapore. This dialogue brought together a number of members of strategic community from all over the world. A broad spectrum of issues including global governance, transnational security and the rise of global power was discussed.
