BIPSS and the Asia Pacific Centre for Security Studies (APCSS) have jointly created an online Community of Interest (COI) on Climate Change and Security. This new COI is aimed at enhancing the understanding of the security implications of Climate Change and will create an epistemic community on the subject. The COI will be jointly led by President BIPSS Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd). and Dr. Scott Haugher from APCSS.
