BIPSS needs funds to run the institute smoothly. There are two types of fund. One is Endowment Fund which is non-cashable. Only the interest of the endowment fund is spent to maintain the administrative cost of the institute. The Endowment Fund is created by the donation of national and international organizations. Another fund is Project Fund which is used to run the research projects, seminars, symposium etc.

BIPSS will welcome funds from Institutions both from inside the country and outside, from Institutions and Foundations which have a stake in peace and security. Donations from all quarters including business houses both at home and abroad, particularly from those who are committed in building a stable and secure society those who believe in national prosperity and equity for all and those who believe in sustainable development will also be welcomed.
