President BIPSS, Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd.) has published a chapter on “ Countering the Terrorist Insurgency in Bangladesh” in a Book titled Victory Among People – Lessons From Countering Insurgency and Stabilizing Fragile States. The Book has been published by The Royal United Services Institute for Defense and Security Studies (RUSI). General Sir David Richards, Chief of Defense Staff, UK and Dr. Greg Mills, Director Brenthurst Foundation, South Africa are the editors. The Book has also been foreworded by Presidents of Colombia and Ghana, General Stanley McChrystal, former NATO Commander in Afghanistan and a cabinet minister from Denmark.
