BIPSS will held a roundtable on “Shifting Tides: How Climate Change and Environmental Stresses are affecting the Security Landscape in Asia “on the 7^th of February 2011, at 4.00 pm, at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel. The round table will provide a discussion on the Climate Change and Environmental Stresses in Asia. Dr. J. Jackson Ewing will make the key note presentation at the round table. Dr. J. Jackson Ewing leads the climate and environmental security programme at the Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies at the RSIS in Singapore.The session will be attended by subject experts, relevant akeholders, stand analysts.

The Round Table will provide a brief overview on the current state of Transnational Muslim Identity Formation in the post 9/11 world. Moushumi Shabnam, Assistant Professor, North South University will make the key note presentation at the round table. The session will be attended by subject experts, researchers, and analysts.
