Bangladesh Institute of peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) held a Roundtable on “Climate Change, a global challenge that requires a global response” On 9^th May, 2012, at Ikebana Hall, Hotel Lakeshore, Gulshan-2, Dhaka, Rear Admiral Neil Morisetti, UK Climate and Energy Security Envoy, presented the Keynote Paper on the theme.
